This review examines Fiqih Wanita Edisi Lengkap by Shaykh Kamil Muhammad ‘Uwaidah as a practical guide to Islamic jurisprudence concerning Muslim women. It considers the book’s thematic scope, legal reasoning, organisation, and usefulness to general and academic readers. The subjects identified include ritual purification, menstruation, postpartum bleeding, worship, marriage, family relationships, divorce, and social participation. The review identifies broad coverage and relevance to daily religious practice as the work’s principal contributions. It also considers the need for issue-specific analysis, a clear presentation of juristic disagreement, and attention to the circumstances affecting legal application. Studies of women’s rights and family law provide comparative context and are distinguished from evidence of the book’s contents. Because the source manuscript supplies no pinpoint references, observations about particular omissions remain provisional. The book may serve as an introductory resource for Islamic education and the study of fiqh concerning women. Specialised research requires additional doctrinal, empirical, and jurisdiction-specific legal sources. This approach recognises the book’s practical purpose while supporting careful consideration of women’s circumstances, rights, and responsibilities.
